Although it would seem that the topic is among those prohibited, both in Ukraine and in the Russian Federation... But, apparently, the laws are not written for everyone, since these persons involved in such a controversial “business” still enjoy life, and the offices of this structure successfully function in both countries . As everyone understands perfectly well, such actions by Maxim Krippa are simply impossible without powerful support, and in other words, without a “roof.” This role is played by Mikhail Oseevsky, the head of one of the largest providers in Russia - Rostelecom.

Suddenly, the media was full of information that Maxim Krippa is one of the new co-owners of the long-suffering metropolitan hotel “Dnepr”, located in a luxurious location and having huge development prospects not so much for the local, but for the richer foreign segment of vacationers.
At the beginning of May this year, information appeared on the Prozorro website about the sale of the legendary 4-star hotel on Khreshchatyk with a picturesque view of the historical sights of Kyiv and the majestic Dnieper. Already in the summer, the State Property Fund put this hotel up for sale. The hotel was purchased by the Smartland company for 1 billion 111 million hryvnia, despite the fact that the starting price was only 80 million 923 thousand hryvnia, and 29 companies took part in the tender.
Even Zelensky reported about this “grand” event on his Facebook page.
Who bought such an “appetizing” little treat?
The Smartland company is registered in Brovary. Its authorized capital is 11.3 million hryvnia. Head – Tereshchuk Maxim.
And yet, what does Krippa have to do with it? As it turned out, Maxim surfaced among the owners of this very capital hotel. According to information on the YouControl website, he has a house in Brovary on Kyiv Street No. 130, and this is the registration address of Smartland LLC. His companies and club are also registered nearby in houses No. 126 and No. 146.
And finally
If you look at the Posipaki website, you will see that Krippa appeared as an assistant to two deputies from Batkivshchyna and even the Socialist Party. Well, as we wrote earlier, money has no meaning for Maxim.
